Daniel Wetzel graduated from The Johns Hopkins Hospital Schools of Medical Imaging’s Radiography Program in 2012 and the CT Program in 2013 while earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, he worked as a full-time CT technologist in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department settings at The Johns Hopkins Hospital before being promoted to senior CT technologist in 2016. In 2017, he transitioned to the role of CT Technical Educator and Program Director of the CT Program. In addition to his involvement with the CT Program, he remains focused on collaborating with clinical staff to provide continuous education on CT equipment, protocols, and image quality, and plays a key role in staff training and development.
